How Tamesa Capital handles personal data and the messages submitted through the ASK feature on this site.
Tamesa Capital Limited (“we”, “us”) collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries and to operate this website.
When you write to us by email, we receive your message and any contact details you choose to share. We use that information only to respond to you and to manage the matter, and we keep it for as long as needed for that purpose and any subsequent legal or regulatory obligation.
Messages you send through the ASK feature are transmitted to Anthropic, an AI provider based in the United States, which generates a response on our behalf. We do not see ASK conversations in real time, and we do not store them ourselves. Anthropic retains API inputs and outputs for a short period (currently seven days) for safety and abuse-prevention purposes, and does not use them for model training. Conversations flagged by Anthropic’s automated safety systems may be reviewed by their trust and safety team and retained for longer.
Please do not include confidential, personal, or material non-public information in ASK messages. If your matter is sensitive or specific, please email us instead at contact@tamesacapital.com.
ASK messages are transferred to the United States, where Anthropic processes them. This relies on Anthropic’s published data protection commitments and the standard safeguards available to UK and EU controllers transferring personal data to providers in the United States.
We process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating a public-facing website. Where you choose to submit information voluntarily, we treat your submission as consent to its use for that purpose.
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The browser may store a small preference for your chosen colour theme; this is held locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
